The view from The Penthouse at The Huntley is certainly one of LA’s most impressive. From the windows of this dramatic, modern yet beachy enclave, one can see from the ocean to The Getty and beyond. Towering buildings and sprawling mountains line the view, which is impressive in its vastness by day and brilliance, lit up with city lights, at night.
Feel secluded but appreciated in innovative designer Thomas Scoos’ cabanas that line the room while sipping custom cocktails by executive chef Alex Manos. Its truly an environment to elevate your senses.
The menu at The Penthouse features California inspired cuisine at its best, supporting sustainable, locally owned, organic farms whenever available. I love this Grilled Organic Gems salad that resembles a little bird nest.
Entering The Huntley is always a delight of the senses, beautifully decorated and romantically lit, (especially for the holidays) the lobby is a perfect spot to wait for friends to arrive for dinner. Or simply lounge and enjoy the most incredible aroma – the signature Huntley Hotel candles that burn in the lobby. I couldn’t resist and had to purchase one for my home! Always good to bring that vaca vibe home with you.
